Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Grizzly Equipment is looking for a hard-working, experienced Construction Equipment Mechanic to join our growing team.

We need someone who knows how to diagnose problems, turn a wrench, and get equipment back to work.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair heavy construction equipment
• Hydraulic system diagnosis and repair
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
• Diesel engine, drivetrain, brake & suspension repairs
• Service and repair rental equipment
• Inspect equipment coming in and going out of rental
• Work on trucks, trailers and hauling equipment
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• Keep equipment safe, reliable and ready to go

• Experience working on heavy/construction equipment
• Strong hydraulic, electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Diesel experience
• Ability to diagnose problems and repair them correctly
• Must be dependable and take pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to Multi-task and manage concurrent repair steps
• Must have a reliable set of professional mechanic tools appropriate for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
