Elementary Teacher Position

Thief River Falls Public Schools has openings for an Elementary Teacher at Challenger Elementary School effective Fall 2026. Duties:

• Teach elementary students in a positive, interactive environment
• Administer curriculum consistent with district goals and objectives
• Conduct ongoing observation and assessment of student learning and modify instructional methods appropriately
• Maintain a system for accurate and complete record-keeping, grading and reporting requirements
• Work with all staff in supporting student success

Qualifications:

• Proper MN licensure (as defined by PELSB)
• Successful elementary teaching experience preferred

Pay/Benefits:
Salary Range: $45,700 - $81,593 (based on education and experience) Thief River Falls Public School offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, long-term disability and life insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts (if applicable), and a 403(b) retirement plan.
