Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

• Advocate for patient‑centered care, adapting to a diverse patient base and removing barriers to health.
• Provide accurate and consistent patient care, including counseling, prescription processing, and administering immunizations.
• Engage in community involvement, outreach, and events such as Wellness Days.
• Understand the business: inventory control, cost savings, and compliance.
• Model and guide pharmacy staff on customer‑service approaches and issue resolution.
• Use tools, data, and conversations to understand community concerns and stay up‑to‑date on emerging health issues.

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, maintaining controlled medication and required documentation.
• Demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise and apply it to action plans, providing expert advice to others and supporting business goals.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and adapt to competing demands and organizational changes.
• Model and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, monitoring safety controls, and implementing action plans.
• Maintain confidential information, documentation, and records as required by company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations.
• Focus on execution and results, using existing processes and tools to meet performance objectives and improve customer/member service.
• Plan for and improve performance by developing contingency plans and continually improving processes.
• Build influence by presenting logical, convincing reasons in support of initiatives and proactively sharing information.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00–$ for a 40 hours/week schedule. Weekly scheduled hours are determined individually; ranges for different scheduled hours are prorated based on the percentage of 40 hours.
