Retail Retail Staff Pharmacist in Thief River Falls, MN

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist ready to support a busy community with quality care and reliable medication management. This position offers a chance to work with a dedicated pharmacy team that leverages advanced technology, including a new robotic system, to enhance prescription accuracy and workflow efficiency.

• Thief River Falls, MN

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week with some flexibility for relief coverage

• Accurately dispense and counsel on approximately 600 prescriptions weekly, with Monday being the peak volume day
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and utilize robust technical support to maintain high service levels
• Utilize Enterprise RX software to manage prescriptions and patient records efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and pharmaceutical care in a retail environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain pharmacy operations effectively

• Licensed Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient in prescription processing within retail settings
• Comfortable working with pharmacy automation technology
• Strong communication skills and ability to counsel patients clearly
• Experience with pharmacy management systems, preferably Enterprise RX

This role is intended as ongoing with a preference for a permanent hire, though temp-to-perm arrangements are considered.

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $60.00.
