Pennington Health Services is seeking a Human Resources Director who brings leadership presence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform in a full-spectrum, hands‑on HR role. • A passion for employee engagement, culture-building, and accountability.
• 2+ years of HR experience; healthcare HR preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA).
