* **** Full-Time Day Shift** - $21.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)  
** Full-Time Evening/Overnight Shift** - $24.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)
SIGN-ON BONUS $5,000 bonus

Paid in increments at completion of 4, 8, and 12 months of employment

* Position Overview:

** Be part of a fast paced world class distribution center. Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards.#
** Responsibilities:
*** Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
* Inspect and receive product
* Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
* Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
* Perform packaging tasks which include:
+ Review pack lists to insure correct quantities  + Verify correct parts have been picked  + Box product and prepare for shipping
* Assemble cables and battery packs
* Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
* Shipping (Processing)
* Shipping Dock
* Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions
* Handle customer change-order requests when applicable
* Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
* Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
* Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Work Experience:

* Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
* Basic computer navigation and typing skills
* Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
* Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
* Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
* Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success Education
* GED or High School Diploma#

* Physical Requirements:

*** Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
* Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
* Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
* Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
* Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
* Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level#
