* Position Overview:

* Schedule:

Monday - Friday 5:00 - 9:00 pm     The Facilities Associate's main responsibility is to follow the daily work schedule for the assigned area. It may include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping floors, emptying/cleaning wastebaskets, and wiping down work areas.#
** Responsibilities:
*** Clean, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, furniture, ceilings, bathrooms, meeting rooms, windows, doors, and associated equipment and fixtures
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and strip all floor surfaces
* Collect trash and cardboard throughout the facility and transport to proper location
* Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc.
* Perform additional cleaning services as required
* Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

** Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
** Minimum/Essential

Qualifications:

* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
* Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
* Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment or individually with minimal supervision
* Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
* Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook and perspective
* Self-motivation to maintain a clean work environment throughout the facility
* Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
* Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
* Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, and positive attitude#

* Physical Requirements:

*** Physical ability to perform a full range of cleaning and custodial duties, as well as operation of cleaning equipment as required
* Capable of standing or walking the entire shift
* Capable of working with varying cleaning liquids, powders, sprays, soaps, etc.
* Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs from the floor to shoulder height
* Possible exposure to blood and/or other bodily fluids#
** Compensation:
*** The starting base pay rate for this position is:*$19.00*
