Are you passionate about driving equipment reliability and leading high-performing teams? Digi Key is seeking a Manager of Maintenance & Reliability to oversee a skilled team of technicians and ensure the uninterrupted operation of our advanced automation systems in the Product Distribution Center.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and lifespan.
- Lead a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Apply reliability‑centered maintenance practices, including PMO, FMEA, and RCA, to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to optimize system performance.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 5+ years in maintenance or reliability roles, with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automated systems and maintenance best practices.
- CMRP or ASQ CRE certification preferred.
This is an essential onsite role offering competitive pay ($109,000–$132,000) and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.
