Compensation
Pay Range: $11.41 – $20.30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Responsibilities- Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members.
- Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline, and discharge team members in partnership with the district and store managers.
- Communicate information from Team Weekly and Monthly Store Manager meetings to all team members.
- Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
- Assist in hiring: schedule and participate in interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with management to select qualified team members.
- Ensure safety compliance and that all team members receive appropriate training.
- Reinforce safety expectations during operations.
- Make sales calls and/or weekly customer calls as directed.
- Maintain delivery fleet and keep accurate records for each vehicle.
- Keep the store/HUB store neat, clean, and organized at all times.
- Use electronic scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems.
- Manage key components of gross profit, monitor customer returns for core and warranty abuse, and review price overrides.
- Review KPI dashboards daily and discuss monthly P&L statements with the store manager to identify opportunities.
- Required: High School Diploma, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program, ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately, knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.
- Desired: Experience at an O’Reilly store or distribution center, completion of O’Reilly management training program, advanced computer skills, ASE certification, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
