Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production, safety, and quality standards. • Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and design specifications
• Meet performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping
• Perform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or setups with supervision
• Inspect parts and completed units using visual checks, gauges, tape measures, calipers, or fixtures
• Complete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervision
• Properly store tools in designated locations daily
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints
• Experience using hand tools
• Entry-level candidates are welcome
