Mechanical Assembler
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production, safety, and quality standards. WhatYou’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and design specifications
- Meet performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Perform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or setups with supervision
- Inspect parts and completed units using visual checks, gauges, tape measures, calipers, or fixtures
- Complete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervision
- Properly store tools in designated locations daily
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints
- Experience using hand tools
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
