Assembly – Full-Time
Location:Thief River Falls MN
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule:Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Overtime on Fridays may be required
Project Duration:
November 25, 2026 – December 18, 2026
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. We are looking for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:- Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications
- Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures
- Perform basic production and assembly line work
- Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company safety and production standards at all times
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints
- Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening(THC does not disqualify)
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Stand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shift
- Perform repetitive bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, and lifting
- Must wear steel-toed boots(safety glasses provided)
