Marketing Communications Specialist

• Support effective communications plans, including writing and editing a variety of content
• Write and edit email copy, press releases, articles, company profiles, video scripts, and other communication content
• Assess, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors on communication-related requests
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategic communication content across multiple channels
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising marketing communication materials
• Attend internal and external communication meetings as requested

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, English, journalism, or marketing
• Typically, 1-2 years of relevant communications experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with a variety of writing styles
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Viva Amplify
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
• Ability to sit at a workstation and operate computer devices
• Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the hands, head, and other body parts
