The Supervisor, Internal Communications ensures global team members stay informed about Digi Key's vision, goals, projects and executive updates by leading strategic internal communications initiatives. This role is responsible for building and protecting company culture and morale through communications, keeping the energy and momentum visible as Digi Key grows. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record for creating and executing a successful internal communications strategy.

This role is based in Thief River Falls, MN and will require a minimum of three days per week in the office and be available for projects in the office as needed. Travel required, at times, domestically and internationally.

• Build and manage
  
  DigiKey'sinternal communications infrastructure: theteam, strategy,channels,cadence sand best practices for how the company communicates.
• Serve as a strategic communications partner across the business;triaging and prioritizing company-wide communication requests and partnering with stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, effective messaging.
• Partner closely with theHRteam as a strategic sounding board on sensitive or high-stakes communications.
• Partner with marketing communication steams to keep our internal and external narrative aligned and consistent.
• Evolve Digi Key 'sinternal communications strategy and toolkit as the company scales, experimenting with new initiative s and channels.
• Measure and iterate on what's working, bringing a data-informed lens toDigiKey'sinternal communications team.
• Organize and leadcommunicationprojectsand planning meetings.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn,and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
• Thisrole will report to our Thief River Falls, Minnesota campus a minimum of threedays per week.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications,Journalismor Marketing
• 3+ years of experience communicating cross-functionallywith1year of leadership experience
• Excellent storytelling and proofreading skills
• Journalistic writing experience
• Knowledgeofdigi Keybrand andcore values

The base pay range for this position is:

$74,300

to

$102,500

Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range, including the candidate's work experience in related roles; the candidate's knowledge, skills, capabilities, and performance; the relative pay of other Digi Key employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
