• Starting rate: $23.34/hour
• $20.00 base pay
• $2.34 allowance for 36-for-40 schedule
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Paid at 4, 8, and 12 months
• Up to $7,500 relocation assistance for eligible roles

Sunday, Friday, Saturday

5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

As an Order Fulfillment Team Member, you will process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality standards. This is an essential onsite role requiring regular attendance.

• Accurately pick parts and process orders
• Inspect, receive, and prepackage products
• Verify quantities and product quality
  
  Package and prepare orders for shipping
• Assemble cables and battery packs
• Support shipping operations and dock activities
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and resolve issues
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand or walk 8–10 hours on concrete
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Bend, twist, reach, and climb stairs as needed
