Full‑Time Day Shift – $21.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

Full‑Time Evening/Overnight Shift – $24.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)

Full‑Time 3‑12 Shift – $23.34 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $2.34 allowance for the 36 for 40 schedule)

Up to $5,000 bonus for qualifying roles. Paid in increments at completion of 4, 8, and 12 months of employment.

Up to $7,500 relocation bonus available for qualifying positions and paid after providing proof of change in residency.

• Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
• Inspect and receive product
• Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
• Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
• Perform packaging tasks which include:
  • Review pack lists to ensure correct quantities
  • Verify correct parts have been picked
  • Box product and prepare for shipping
• Assemble cables and battery packs
• Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
• Shipping (Processing)
• Shipping Dock
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions
• Handle customer change‑order requests when applicable
• Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
• Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
• Ability to provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
• Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

• GED or High School Diploma

• Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
• Capable of spending 8‑10 hours walking/standing on concrete
• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
  
  Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level

The starting base pay rate for this position is: $20.00
