Billing Clerk

Responsibilities:
Prepare and raise sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate with the sales team for billing-related clarifications and approvals
Communicate with customers to resolve billing queries and discrepancies
Address customer issues related to invoicing and ensure proper follow-up
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Support day-to-day billing and accounts-related activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory;  

B.Com preferred
Working knowledge of  Tally ERP
Basic proficiency in  Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills in  Malayalam and/or English
Preferred:
Prior experience in billing or accounts functions
Experience in an FMCG sector
