Job Description –

- Good work experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Should have good experience in handling Team leaders or Assistant managers.
- Good knowledge about contact center metrices
- People Management (KRA & Appraisal handling experience)
- Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Attrition handling
- Deliver excellent customer service experiences through the operational management of the front line.
- Coordinate with Team members and Team Leaders to ensure all operational challenges are handled effectively.
- Ensure all operational and commercial targets are met.
- Inspire and motivate your team to ensure high levels of engagement with the business and reduce attrition.
- Manage clients effectively to ensure high levels of engagement and their contribution to our success.
- Own and deliver business reviews.
