Required Skills & Experience
7–12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with  at least 4+ years hiring specifically for Automotive domain  roles.
Strong understanding of engineering competencies across Embedded, ADAS, EV, Manufacturing, Testing, Cloud-IoT automotive platforms, and Cybersecurity.
Proven ability to hire for niche and highly specialized profiles.
Hands-on expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, competitor intelligence, and advanced search techniques.
Experience leading a recruitment team and managing senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
Set performance KPIs, ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Work closely with delivery heads, engineering teams, and project managers to define role requirements.
Manage relationships with external staffing partners and niche automotive recruiting agencies.
Conduct regular hiring reviews, market intelligence sharing, and reporting with leadership teams.
