Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Customer Service Team Member based in Thomaston, CT. You will engage with customers by phone to address inquiries, explain services and billing, and resolve issues with strong communication and attention to detail.
Work hours are 10am–7pm with Saturday rotation; starting pay is $15.00 per hour. You must pass a drug test and background check and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan.
