Long-Term Substitute Teaching Position

This is a long-term substitute teaching position at Thomaston Center School. This position performs all duties of the Special Education Teacher and requires teacher certification or minimal certifiability in the appropriate grade level/content area by the State of Connecticut. Salary:
Per Diem $254.99 per diem (no paid leave; 7.25 hours per diem). Benefits:

The Thomaston Public Schools district is located in Thomaston, Connecticut which encompasses a land area of 12 square miles and has a population of 7,922. The Town is 10 miles south of Torrington, 23 miles west of Hartford and is bordered by Waterbury, Plymouth, Harwinton, Litchfield, and Watertown.

Thomaston is a residential community that consists predominantly of single-family homes affordable across a broad range of income levels.
