Tides of Mind Counseling is looking for Outpatient Therapists to join our teams in Torrington and Thomaston, CT! We're open to those seeking either part-time or full-time positions.
In this role, you will:- Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns
- Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs
- Track patient progress and treatment outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Flexible schedules
