The Toolmaker / Mold Maker supports the production of thousands of dispensing products each day by maintaining plastic injection molds and tooling used in the facility.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling concerns for assembly equipment and injection molds.
• Set up and operate general tool‑room equipment (lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.).
• Work on complex miniature components, reading blueprints and using measuring devices to create, modify, and refine tooling.
• Create angles, radii, and other features on tooling to achieve high‑quality, tight‑tolerance parts.
• Mentor apprentices and assistants.
• Support day‑to‑day unscheduled activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of a high school education or GED.
• Possession of a Journeyperson card.
• 3–5 years of experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical ability and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of the injection mold process and tooling, including common molding resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene.
• Understanding and ability to perform to quality standards and methods.
• Desire to expand knowledge base.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lb.

Ability to lift and move up to 50lb, use personal protective equipment, and perform typical production‑floor tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, pulling, pushing, stooping, and crouching.
