Jobot, based in Thomaston, CT, seeks a Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to own the quality function in defense and aerospace production. You’ll develop and deploy ISO 9001 compliant QA policies, lead audits, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Contracts to drive quality improvements.
You must have at least 5 years in QA/QC management in manufacturing, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and experience with calibration systems and government contracts.
