Description
- Paint and repair vacant apartments to be rent ready
- Complete assigned work order to include plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, etc.
- Pick up trash daily and ensure great curb appeal of the property
- Conduct monthly maintenance inspections of all apartments along side the manager
- Provide purchase requests to manager for supplies needed to complete job tasks
- Conduct preventative maintenance of all communal areas and individual apartments
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner by following all safety guidelines
- Maintain good professional relationships with residents on behalf of the company
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active/Valid Driver's License
- 1 year of maintenance/handyman experience
- Reliable transportation
