Your mission

Ensure every system you touch—rooftops, splits, chillers, and controls—starts safely, operates efficiently, and is documented and delivered with precision.

How you’ll contribute
  • Commission and start up rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and control platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues in the field.
  • Fine-tune sequences, confirm sensor accuracy, and set critical setpoints.
  • Perform functional performance tests and compile clear, complete records.
  • Train customers and deliver comprehensive handoff documentation.
  • Partner with project managers, installers, and subcontractors to close punch lists.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, manage parts usage, and process warranty paperwork.
  • Model safe work practices and uphold a professional presence at every site.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • At least 3 years of field service, startup, commissioning, or controls experience (commercial HVAC preferred).
  • VRF background strongly preferred; you understand configuration, charging, and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC controls, proper refrigerant charging, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeter, manifold gauges) and digital reporting via tablet/computer.
  • Sharp diagnostic instincts, attention to detail, and customer-first communication.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • CT S, or D license is required.
