Location:
Thomaston, CTA day in this role Picture your morning kicking off with a team huddle, aligning installers, reviewing schedules, and confirming materials. By midday, you're on-site in Thomaston, CT, walking a project with the client, finalizing the installation plan, and ensuring safety standards are front and center. In the afternoon, you’re mentoring a technician through a tricky install detail, reconciling budgets and timelines, and clearing obstacles so every HVAC system goes in right the first time—on scope, on time, and to the highest quality.
What you'll lead
Full lifecycle oversight of HVAC installation projects—from kickoff through closeout.
Coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep schedules on track.
On-site assessments and development of installation plans tailored to customer needs.
Enforcement of safety practices and adherence to applicable industry standards.
Training, coaching, and supporting installation technicians to elevate performance.
Active management of project budgets and timelines, with course corrections as needed.
Hands-on resolution of issues and roadblocks that arise during installations.
Accurate documentation of installations and professional customer communication records.
What you bring
Demonstrated background in HVAC installation and team management.
Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation methods.
Proven leadership and people-management capability.
Sharp problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Valid HVAC certification and applicable licenses.
Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while juggling multiple projects.
