• Oversee HVAC installation projects end-to-end, from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to hit milestones.
• Perform site assessments and craft installation plans aligned with customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry codes/standards.
• Train, mentor, and support installation technicians in best practices.
• Track and adjust project budgets and schedules as conditions change.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they occur.
• Maintain precise records of installations and customer communications.

• Substantial experience in HVAC installation leadership/management.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and install techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
