Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to engage with customers, explain services and billing, and resolve inquiries from our Thomaston, GA location. The role is an in-office position with 10am–7pm shifts and rotating Saturdays.
You’ll handle records, account details, and inquiries with a strong emphasis on accuracy and friendly service. Ideal candidates bring clear communication, basic MS Office skills, and a collaborative attitude to support our guests and team.
