Core Clinical Partners
Core Clinical Partners is expanding onsite Hospital Medicine services at Upson Regional Medical Center and is seeking PRN Hospitalist Physicians to provide flexible daytime coverage within our growing program.
This role supports a structured and collaborative hospitalist model as we continue strengthening onsite services and building long-term stability within the partnership.
Program Structure
Coverage Model:- 1 Day Hospitalist Physician
- 1 Day NP/PA
- Dedicated Nocturnist NP/PA (7 PM 7 AM)
- Day shifts only (7 AM 7 PM)
- Flexible scheduling based on program needs
- Average Daily Census: 30
- 115-bed community hospital
- 10-bed Open ICU with tele-intensivist support
- EMR:
Meditech Expanse
Clinical Responsibilities
- Manage admissions and daily rounding
- Supervise and collaborate with the APP team
- Coordinate care across specialty services
- Collaborate with tele-intensivists for ICU patients
Integrated EM & HM Partnership
Core Clinical Partners also manages the Emergency Medicine service at Upson, creating strong collaboration between EM and Hospital Medicine. This integrated model supports efficient admissions, clear communication, and cohesive clinical leadership across services.
Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Hospital Medicine experience preferred
- Comfortable practicing in a community hospital setting
Employment Model
