About the Position

Rehab Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate clinician who values quality patient care and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and other members of the healthcare team
• Work alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team to provide an excellent patient experience

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

$80,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, and position responsibilities.
