** As Facility Manager, you’ll own the overall health and performance of the site. Your mission includes:
* Keeping the facility
** safe, clean, compliant, and efficient
*** Managing building maintenance, grounds, utilities, and vendor services
* Partnering with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support daily activity
* Leading inspections, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance
* Managing budgets, work orders, and improvement projects
* Ensuring all safety, environmental, and company standards are met—every time
* Being the go-to problem solver when challenges pop up (and they will!)#
