Job Description

At Walmart, we are seeking an experienced Licensed Manager/ HVAC to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area. The role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring efficient, sustainable operations, and maintaining a safe environment for associates and customers.

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
• Individual compensation packages are based on skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, and other factors.

• Travel up to 50% of the time within the region
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility service needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities
• Maintain up‑to‑date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with authorities
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements
• Obtain and secure permits and schedule inspections in accordance with mechanical or building codes

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3 to 5 years preferred
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem‑solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis experience
• Customer service orientation

• EPA Universal Certification
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
