Standards Delivery Advisor Position Summary The Standards Delivery Advisor is responsible for assisting with the review and standards of specific sites at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. This role provides strategic oversight of site execution, ensures consistent coaching standards, and holds the Site Leader team from impacted sites accountable for measurable improvements in site appearance, performance and standardization.

The Advisor serves as a key operational leader and strategic partner to site leadership, translating organizational priorities into actionable execution while fostering alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across impacted car wash locations.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Oversight Work with the Site Leaders at sites identified by leadership for up to 4 months after notification to ensure consistent execution of responsibilities and coaching standards.

Set clear expectations, performance metrics, and accountability measures for Site Leaders.

Identify skill gaps and deploy specialized advisors to support underperforming sites.

Facilitate collaboration and alignment across the assigned sites through regular meetings and shared best practices.

Site & Regional Performance Oversight Oversee revenue growth, financial performance, and customer experience metrics across assigned sites.

Hold Site Leaders accountable for the revenue performance of individual sites.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across impacted sites and proactively address performance gaps.

Revenue & Metric Accountability Provide strategic oversight of club plan revenue growth across impacted sites.

Ensure site leaders are receiving support in meeting or exceeding revenue, profitability, and Raving Fans metrics.

Monitor and analyze site-level performance data to drive targeted improvement strategies.

Coaching Framework & Execution Ensure weekly calls with each site leader at an acquired site, verifying Tidal Wave Standards are being executed at acquired sites.

Provide guidance on prioritization for sites with multiple performance issues, ensuring focus on the most critical items  a coach and connector - guiding site leaders to the right resources rather than solving issues directly.

Continuous Improvement & Communication Drive a culture of continuous improvement through proactive identification of opportunities and follow-through on action plans.

Complete Tidal Wave Site Leader training.

Ensure consistent weekly follow-ups and accountability across regions.

Communicate impacted site insights, trends, and challenges to senior operations leadership.

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Training, Safety, and other teams to align resources and support site success.

Additional Information This role may require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.

This role reports to the Operations Director – Success Advisors.

This role will require travel and driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
