Traveling General Manager

Gain Experience and Travel the Country! The Traveling Site Leader will provide coverage and support to all Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations across the United States! This can include, but not limited to, times of management transitions, aiding in grand opening opportunities, leaves of absence, or managing a location until a full-time General Manager is assigned. This position will require full-time travel, while fulfilling the role as Traveling General Manager.

The length of the assignment(s) will be based upon the needs of the location. Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are easily transferrable.

$80,000 Guarantee including:
Base Salary & Bonus Program! All travel accommodations and expenses are covered. Travel to our locations in some of the most beautiful parts of the country! Gather extensive training and experience in the Car Wash Industry, and work towards earning a full-time permanent General Manager position. A Tidal Wave General Manager averages $100k+ annually!

Lead a team of 8-14 employees and create a fun & safe work environment. Demonstrate support by communicating Tidal Wave’s values and culture, while promoting and training all team members on Tidal Wave’s standards and procedures. Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, and company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, parking lot, and equipment rooms.

This position involves both adminsitrative and hands- on operational duties in an outdoor, fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching required. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.

Requires manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls. Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance. Must be comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain. Regular exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment. Must be able to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.

Ability to perform job duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This role will require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs. This role may also require occasional driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle. A valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards are required.

Annual Salary Tidal Wave Site Leader Average Annual Income:
Year 1: $80,000+ Year 2: $90,000+ Year 3: $100,000+
