Overview
Ranew's Companies is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team in Thomaston, GA.
Industrial painters apply paint and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces… and work as part of a team. We are looking for Industrial Painters with real industrial coating experience, Liquid Spray or Powder Coat.
Location: Thomaston, GA
Salary: $14 - $18 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Responsibilities- Primary responsibility:
Painting and coating surfaces. - Prepare paints before starting a job, including using measurement equipment such as viscosity cups, thickness gauges and gloss gauges to check the makeup of the paint and mix the appropriate compounds based on the job’s requirements.
- Apply paint using a variety of techniques and tools (spray equipment, rollers or brushes). Choose the best tools for the job; apply primers, pre-finishes and finishing coats. Some roles may require use of special equipment such as self-contained suits or protective wear.
- Clean work areas and follow guidelines for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste.
- Experience in industrial coating, Liquid Spray or Powder Coat.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
