Plant Manager - Chemical Manufacturing
Plant Manager based in our Thomaston, Ga manufacturing plant with the following responsibilities, traits, skills and experience. Manage all operations of the plant. Lead and train team leads. Motivate employees. Schedule production to consistently hit demand requirements. Trouble shoot chemical, electrical and mechanical issues. Keep plant and personnel compliant with all laws and regulations. Develop, modify and or work with chemists in formula development.
Attain required plant specs and output requirement. Maximize plant production rate.
Requires 10+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment. Proven team leadership experience.....military leadership is a plus. Chemical engineering degree preferred. Mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree would suffice with strong experience in chemical manufacturing
