The LPN under the guidance and supervision of the RN shares responsibility for providing for the total patient needs. As a member of the nursing team, the LPN performs a variety of technical and skilled patient care duties that were acquired through formal practical nursing education and supervised on‑the‑job training and experiences. The LPN shares the responsibility in providing a safe and comfortable environment conducive to healing while delivering quality care.

The patient population primarily served is age 8 to geriatric.

• Must have current GA LPN license or be eligible for one.
• Prefer experience in psych.
• Must have the compassion to work with a sensitive population with patience, kindness, and strength.
