Quality Supervisor - Thomaston, GA 1st Shift

Ranew's Companies is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Thomaston, GA. The Quality Supervisor position supervises a team of quality experts and drives department initiatives to ensure final inspection of paint process meets the highest standards of excellence for our customers. This position also monitors quality concerns, implements best practices and continuous improvement.

Location: Thomaston, GA
Salary: $23 - $25 (starting pay is based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Quality Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to direct reports in accordance with company core values.
  • Train, mentor and develop direct reports and peers to be skilled experts.
  • Complete weekly schedules for direct reports and communicate changes.
  • Daily monitoring of employee hours worked.
  • Investigation of any time and/or attendance deviations.
  • Report and conduct disciplinary measures.
  • Order materials for QA inspectors and maintain inventory.
  • Manage SAP Inventory for quality issues.
  • Create and provide training to the quality department.
  • Generate quality reports to include rejected parts.
  • Support production floor with quality issues.
  • Provide problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support, implement and run continuous improvement actions.
  • Practice and enforce safety standards.
  • Other duties assigned by manager.
Quality Supervisor

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous quality experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
