Position: Selling Lead - Full Time
Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Thomaston - Responsibilities:
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.;
Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, promptness, and care.;
Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through supporting daily store recovery efforts and stock replenishment.;
Lead store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and adhering to safety guidelines and security protocols.;
Support team in leveraging selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by confidently speaking to available inventory, assortment, and product features and benefits.
