- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the dealership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks regularly.
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
