Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the dealership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
  • Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks regularly.
Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
