Service Technician - HONDA​/NISSAN

Family owned and operated Dealer Group seeking certified service technicians.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have certification and experience with HONDA or NISSAN. We are promoting off-brand vehicles as well, focusing on light duty truck repair.

Bi-weekly flat rate pay, bonus to hourly rate at 90 hours and 110 hours.
Level 3 technicians receive 20% increase in pay when working on any NISSAN / HONDA warranty lines.
Level 2 technicians receive 10% increase in pay when working on any NISSAN / HONDA warranty lines.
CP time is based on Mitchell, our stores are not forcing warranty time on CP repairs.
Maintenance is paid at full rate with set clock hours for each service.
Multi-point inspection is paid at full rate.
1.0 Diagnosis minimum on all non-warranty repair orders.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
