- Adaptable, Approachable, & Community Minded: A pastor who seeks to truly know their community and serve it with wisdom and care.
- Shepherd-Hearted Spiritual Guide: A pastoral presence who values relationships, discipleship, and shared ministry.
The Associate Pastor of Music will lead a broad, multi-generational music ministry that includes worship choir, senior adult choir, children's choirs, orchestra, handbells, praise band, and various ensembles. The church highly values worship as a core part of its identity and seeks a leader who can build on a strong foundation while helping unify the congregation through a blended worship style.
