• Accurately and timely complete Patient registration
• Assist professional staff in provision of quality care
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of examination rooms
• Responsible for maintaining patient flow in and out of office
• Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
• Perform lab draws and follow up with patient as ordered by physician
• Create patient charts
• Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and stocking supplies in an orderly manner

• High School Diploma GED required
• Graduate of Medical Assistant Program
• Certified as Medical Assistant

• 2 years of Medical Office experience, preferred
