Clinical Applications Analyst - IS Clinical Services
QualificationsREQUIRES Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Business, Health Information Management, or related health care field from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years in Oracle Healthcare IT experience preferred or 2 years in IT experience required.
ResponsibilitiesAssesses priorities of clinical customer's needs and problems related to both hospital operations and the flow of clinical information with respect to patient care.
Troubleshoots, analyzes and solves difficult problems, provides guidance and instruction to customers, verbal and written communication is clear and concise, interacts with customers of different levels of expertise as well as the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of fundamentals IT, productivity, time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects and issues accordingly. Leads small projects as directed along with developing and maintaining project plans.
Working with the Informatics team to identify and resolve issues regarding system administration, system security, system configuration, testing activities and project implementations.
Assists in helping Associate Clinical Applications Analyst in the use of applications or software.
Functions as Service Desk support personnel as needed.
