Ambassador Personnel has an immediate opening for IT Support Coordinator in Thomasville, GA.

Summary

The IT Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining existing hardware and software. They will also ensure security protocols and procedures are followed and provide excellent customer service to all users.

IT Administrative Support
  • Take support calls, schedule support calls, manage calendar, and handle correspondence.
  • Inventory supplies, submit supply order requests to IT Director
  • Communication and timely delivery of IT process forms
Technical Assistance (Level
1)
  • Work closely with help desk team daily to resolve open tickets
  • Monitor all tickets and intervene to assist help desk if necessary
  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software as per company policy.
  • Troubleshoot user problems and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Work with help desk to manage new & existing user accounts
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ticketing systems, and basic hardware/software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize tasks.
  • Often requires an associate’s degree or relevant certification, but experience is key.
Education/Training
  • Minimum of associate’s degree (preferred)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
