• Procured materials to support production schedules and inventory requirements.
• Managed supplier relationships, purchase orders, and sourcing activities.
• Monitored Kanban inventory systems and material availability.
• Coordinated with suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Maintained procurement data, supplier records, and part information in Oracle/SAP.
• Assisted with cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance evaluations.
• Analyzed bills of materials, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Supported inventory audits, accounts payable reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Participated in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Ensured compliance with quality, safety, and procurement standards.
