lead the commodities tower and the direct procure-to-pay (p2p) function, with full accountability for the sourcing, commodity risk management, and reliable supply of the physical and financial raw materials used in the baking process across the corporation's plants. Serve as a standing member of the commodity risk subcommittee / slt dashboard reviews, presenting market conditions, current coverage positions, and financial-plan impacts.
