• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, boilers and air conditioning systems.
• Perform major industrial equipment repair.
• Maintain compliance of preventative maintenance inspection/work order program within engineering standards in a cost‑effective/timely manner.
• Perform the Plant Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and repair work on boilers, supply air blowers, fuel oil pumps and piping, chills (gas and electric), cooling water towers, condensate return system, water softeners, and associated piping and tanks, and the water chemistry program, testing and treatment.

• High school graduate or graduate of technical school in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work‑related experience.
• Two or more years of experience in industrial air conditioning and/or industrial electrical systems and/or water treatment systems and/or steam heating or wood‑burning boilers and/or major engineering equipment repair.
