Production Supervisor - Third Shift

** This role is accountable for:
* Executing
** production schedules
** while optimizing labor, equipment, and throughput
* Driving
** Lean Manufacturing
** fundamentals (standard work, 5S, waste elimination, problem solving)
* Managing
** WIP, inventory accuracy, and material flow
** to support on-time delivery
* Enforcing
** quality systems, safety standards, and process discipline
** on the shop floor
* Leading teams through data-driven decision making, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

This is a hands-on leadership role for a supervisor who understands fabrication and assembly environments and can translate lean principles into measurable operational results—especially on off-shift operations.###
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
**** Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
*** Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste.
* Identify and execute process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.
** Leadership & Operations
*** Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 25 direct reports.
* Manage daily operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
* Conduct shift meetings and communicate updates to management and team members.
* Ensure equipment and facility maintenance to support continuous production.
** Safety & Compliance
*** Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards.
** Quality Control
*** Maintain and enforce quality control measures.
* Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
** Team Development
*** Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
* Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
* Resolve conflicts constructively and support team adaptability.
** Administrative & Strategic
*** Manage departmental budget and control operational expenses.
* Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices.
* Support decision-making aligned with organizational goals.### ###
** Qualifications
* **
* Required:

*** Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Solid understanding of inventory management and lean manufacturing.
* Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
** Preferred:
*** Experience with SAP and Workday systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.### ### ### The estimated salary range for this position is $72,300 – $85,000 plus bonus
