You will drive lean manufacturing excellence on the shop floor, focusing on throughput, safety, quality, and workforce performance. As the senior leader on third shift, you will own execution, continuous improvement, and frontline leadership for ~25 hourly employees while coordinating daily production plans and performance updates.
